Jennie Jean

Here is my first attempt at canvas work. It is Jennie Jean by Amybear Needlepoints. It was truly a pleasure to stitch. This is a gift for one of my co-workers for Christmas. I changed all the colors to better suit her tastes. The floss used is HDF silks. Such a fun stitch! I hope to do "Heavenly Cats" by Amybear in the near future.

Here is an update on Four Horses of Apocolypse by Kustom Krafts. I have greatly enjoyed working on it lately. Not a lot of confetti and I seem to get tons done at one sitting. This is about 40 hours total. Much faster than a HAED!

I completely forgot about updating my poor little blog. I don't get a lot of stitching time now since I have a 10 month old baby crawling everywhere! I did finally finish Vision of Light- she's gorgeous. Now I have to wash her and have her framed. Here she is in all her glory!I'll do my best to try to remember to at least post something in the future! Thanks for looking everyone!

I'm finally back!!

Well, I've been on hiatus for a while... was under the weather. Everything is A-OK now, and I hope to start stitching again and blogging.

So, here's some updates...

First is QS Red Poppy

Now for Vision of Light. I'm so close to finishing this one!! It will be my first HAED finish. There's about 35,000 stitches left to stitch.... I've done over 100,000 already.

I'll do my best to post more often now that I'm back online and stitching more regularly.
